The E102 is a long-reach 10-metre expansion cable for XGT/XGB systems, intended where the CPU and expansion chassis are separated by larger cabinet real estate or short cable trays. The hardware manual lists the E102 and other long lengths, and it warns that the cumulative extension distance must not exceed the system maximum (typically 15 m total across chained cables), so plan your topology accordingly.
