Description
H-class high-performance compact CPU, typically 16 DI + 16 transistor outputs, top of the compact range for speed and I/O processing.
The Polar Energy Assessment:
The DN32H is an H-type XBC compact controller built for high throughput. H-class CPUs offer the fastest scan times, full HSC capability, floating point and richer instruction sets for motion and PID. The DN32H supports larger expansion (up to 10 modules) and much higher total I/O counts than E/SU types. Choose H when you need low-latency logic, heavy HSC usage, or the fastest response in a compact package.
Pros
- Fastest compact class, excellent for high-speed counting and tight control loops.
- Large expansion allowance (up to 10 modules) and high total I/O capacity.
Limitations
- Cost and feature set exceed what many simple machines need.
Typical use cases
- High-speed conveyors, motion/pulse-heavy applications, systems needing many fast counters and large local/expanded I/O in a small footprint.
