The G6Q-TR4A is the 32-point NPN/sink transistor output module in the G6 family. It trades per-point current for density (0.1 A per point), making it ideal for large banks of indicators, small pilot devices, or signalling to opto-coupled inputs rather than powering heavy loads. Same rack, same isolation approach as other G6Q modules.

Pros

• Very high channel density; 32 outputs in one card.
• NPN/sink wiring is compatible with many PLC ecosystems and sensors.
• Photocoupler isolation for noise immunity.

Limitations

• Only 0.1 A per point; not for driving moderate/heavy loads directly.
• Dense wiring at the terminal block; plan routing carefully.

Typical use cases

• Indicator lamp arrays, status outputs to small interface modules, and large discrete signaling where per-point current is small.
