Description

A 40-pin to 40-pin I/O cable of length 1.5 m for LS Electric’s XBE/XGB modular systems.

The Polar Energy Assessment:

This cable extends panel routing flexibility beyond the 1.0 m versions. The 15SB variant is part of the Smart Link connection series, intended for “Smart Link Board” type modules. The length allows modules slightly further apart, or more liberal wiring paths inside control cabinets.

Pros

• Longer cable (1.5 m) allows for less constrained panel layouts.
• Same reliable 40-pin interface, simple installation.

Limitations

• Longer length may lead to more tie-downs, extra slack; less tidy wiring if not managed.

Typical use cases

• Internal panel wiring when modules are spread out.
• Field replacement where 1 m cable can’t reach.
